Vendor Agreement
These terms govern selling on VoltCharge Marketplace. This is a plain-language summary; the final legal terms will be published here.
1. Who can sell
You may register as a vendor if you are a business or individual legally able to sell in Sri Lanka. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account and business details you provide, and for keeping them current.
2. Your listings
You are solely responsible for your listings — their descriptions, pricing, images, availability and legality. Listings must be accurate, not misleading, and must not infringe anyone’s rights. VoltCharge may remove or hide any listing that breaches these terms or the Listing Guidelines.
3. Orders & customers
You must honour published prices and availability, fulfil confirmed orders promptly, and deal with customers fairly and professionally. Disputes should be resolved in good faith; VoltCharge may mediate but is not a party to the sale.
4. Fees & payments
Any listing, subscription or commission fees will be disclosed to you before they apply. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. VoltCharge may change fees with reasonable prior notice.
5. Verification & the Verified badge
The "Verified" badge is granted after you complete your business-identity details (e.g. business registration, contact verification). It reflects completeness of verification only and is not an endorsement or guarantee by VoltCharge.
6. Prohibited conduct
No unlawful, counterfeit, unsafe or prohibited items; no fraudulent, deceptive or manipulative behaviour; no misuse of the platform, other users’ data, or VoltCharge’s systems and brand.
7. Suspension & termination
VoltCharge may suspend or terminate a vendor account for breach of this Agreement, legal or safety reasons, or repeated customer complaints. You may close your account at any time; obligations for open orders survive closure.
8. Liability
The marketplace is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, VoltCharge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. You agree to indemnify VoltCharge against claims arising from your listings, sales or conduct.
9. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the marketplace after an update means you accept the revised terms.
